This course is intended for employees who generate, manage, store, or handle hazardous waste and are responsible for compliance with the 49 CFR Hazardous Materials transport requirements. This course will provide function specific training on the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), determination of a hazardous waste, accumulation requirements, packaging, marking and labeling for transport to an authorized disposal, recovery, or reclamation location in accordance with the US Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations under 49 CFR.
