New to agile project management? This introductory course offers a concise first look at AgilePM, the framework that balances the rigour of good project governance with the pace and adaptability of agile delivery.
Across two modules of engaging, motion-graphic video lessons - backed by notes, references for further reading, and supporting exercises - learners build an appreciation of agile, agility, and the range of agile approaches, plus a grounding in the philosophy and principles behind an agile project. Foundation-level sample questions help embed the learning along the way.
Familiarity with projects is useful but not required, making this a fit for anyone curious about agile methods or considering a career in project management. The course is eligible for 5 Category C PDU/CPD points, and upgrades are available for those who later want to study toward the Foundation and Practitioner levels.
