What you'll learn
Description
Agile project management can feel like jargon until someone shows you how it differs from the traditional approach. This course teaches the basics of agile project management by comparing it directly with classic "waterfall" project management, with the essential differences illustrated through accompanying videos.
You'll work through the fundamental concepts — the iterative and incremental approach, agile values and principles — and learn to define your own values and principles for the agile way of working. The course closes with a high-level overview of how an agile project actually runs from start to finish.
In about an hour, team members and managers new to agile come away understanding when agile fits, what benefits it brings, and how its typical processes work in practice.
