When taken with Sexual Harassment Prevention for Managers, this course fulfills the California AB 1825 and AB 2053 requirements that employers of five or more employees educate supervisors about sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation and abusive conduct every two years. Senate Bill (SB) 396 amends California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) to include prevention of harassment based on gender identity, gender expression and sexual orientation.
