It's common to have conflict at work, due to individual differences between coworkers or task-related conflicts arising from leadership or company policies. Whatever the case, resolving conflicts in the workplace is difficult, but important. In this course, we're going to look at the Thomas-Kilmann model to resolve conflicts at work.
